“ Lovely underrated restaurant that has some nice set menus. We tried the limited weekend dinner set menu and was found it quite enjoyable. The food here is fusion Japanese French, and there are quite a number of drink options available from Japanese inspired alcohol Yuzus to highball (happy hour promo available even), to a decent selection of wines and spirits. The starters were more weighted Japanese influence - we had the yellowtail and the smoked king salmon and both were delicious. We enjoyed both the fish main on the menu tonight and also the Wagyu cheek main which was so soft and tender, evidently undergone a long preparation time to give it such a lovely texture and taste. Price was decent for this special weekend set menu and I wonder why not more people are taking advantage of this, which we found had great value. Overall a positive dining experience and we will gladly return. ”

“ Celebrated a friends birthday here. Service was great, though the waiter that attended to us got one of our orders wrong, it was quickly rectified. The food: We had the promotional set lunch which was RM59 for 2 courses and a drink. The capellini appetiser was exceptional. Such a unique and refreshing dish. For mains, we had beef donburi which was very tender but the taste was just okay (a little too acidic for my taste) and the salmon donburi which faired better but a little dry. The stars dishes were the ala carte snacks that we order both the truffle kombu butter sourdough and truffle fries were very balanced and so so tasty. All in all it was a great experience and I would come back to try other things on the menu. ”

“ This is my 3rd time dining here and everytime it doesn’t disappoint . Everytime I came I had their set meal , which come with a few option for your appetiser, mains and dessert. Portion is very generous . And their chef’s signature wild mushroom soup is a must try which the chef take 12 hour to prepare . ”

The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were equally impressive. Every ingredient was well harmonized with the sauces, creating a perfect balance in every bite. “ The family ordered the weekend set menu. Few words to describe the entire menu: Unique. Delicious. Excellent. Every dish is unique of its own. The sweetness and acidity in each menu are well balanced. The fav of all for me was the Hokkaido Hotate. The hot shitake broth paired with sliced scallops and egg at the bottom was amazingly prepared. The butter for sourdough was one of the best flavoured butter as of current. Love it. The set menu is just good and leaves our appetite just full enough for the night. So glad to have tried these. ”

Kudos to Swapan for his effort in making the overall service attentive. The French-Japanese dishes were good and reasonably priced. “ The food and service is good. They have two options.. 4 course or 5 course. We opted for 4 course and it was good. Serving have a good portion size. Good flavour and taste. Chef Daniel gives personal attention to each dish which is nice. Our table was serviced by Simran and she was spot on with the recommendations. Their in-house truffle butter is outstanding. ”

“ Located on quite a popular street for food in TTDI, parking can be a bit tough. Came by with high hopes as the menu looked good. The host sent us the menus (set & alacarte) beforehand. Big disappointment when we got there. They were pushing their set dinner for dinner and did not have a lot of things on the menu. Abit of a misrepresentation if you ask me. If you only want to push your set on weekends then it should be advertised that way. Ended up only having a choice between fish or lamb as a protein when we wanted to have a variety as a family. That aside, they meal on an overall level was pleasant. The waiters were very attentive, my glass was always filled. Sourdough looked unappealing but was pleasantly surprised how well it went with the butter! Fried chicken bites were also very good. Generally they did most of it well. Only thing i didnt quite enjoy was the spaghetti. I was told it is their signature but it was a bit too much. The sauce was too thick while they used angel hair pasta, making it taste like bee hoon that has been left in soup for too long. The combination of fried seafood + the sauce was also a little overwhelming. Overall experience was ok. Worth a try but its a one and done for me. ”
